App is okay
The app is okay, the UI I find a little ‘old fashion’ in the way that this UI isn’t very modern or friendly. A decent app, glad you can collect your coffee stamps on it. The only disappointing thing is that when you’re in the garden centre or cafe you have to open the app to then find ‘my card’ to have it scanned. Most apps now have the card built into the phones digital wallet. For example my Costa Coffee card is on the Apple Wallet, so when I go to pay, I just open wallet, select my loyalty card and then payment card and pay. I don’t want to keep opening an app to collect or use my reward card. Please make it available so we can download ‘my card’ into Apple Wallet.
