Manual entries?

We’re looking forward to the project, but it’s frustrating that not all of the QR codes will scan. About a third of our markers won’t scan after multiple tries. Wish I could just manually enter them.

Amazing!

When I bought the seeds from the store they were completely free and told me to take as much as I’d like. It is great for kids of all ages and super fun. I love how you can collect the veggies too! You guys have great directions and definitely put a lot of effort into this. I definitely recommend these, it taught me a lot and I will definitely be ordering/getting these next year. 10/10 recommend!

Counter doesn’t work

Cute app. Had no problem scanning seeds. But the counter never goes up - still says day 0.

Needs more work

I’m wondering how to edit the planted date. I finally got the app to work. I discarded the wrapper and accessed the host website for the pictures except the app thinks I planted today. This is actually day 10. I can move the slider to the correct date, but it does not save. It is back to day 1 once I leave and come back. There is no HELP function!

Don’t waste your time!

Great idea but app is awful. Scanner does not work. Instructions hard to get to. Only two options to work with. No navigation through app. No simple visual and explanation of How to start it? More frustrations than it’s worth!
Get a professional app builder for this fabulous idea!

Cannot use the growth feature

Scanned all seed markers with no problem. That was 18 days ago, when I click on each veggie in my collection, it still says day 0. Very annoying.

Scallions won’t scam?

Cute app fun for the kids all the seeds scanned but scallions. I tried different markers and nothing happened. Anyone else have an issue with the scallions?

Fails to load seeds.

I have a iPhone 7 and the animations run fine when using the app. However it does not load in any of the seed information.

Vague instructions

Great concept, packaging and delivering needs improvement. To identify and scan seeds, you must open the seed packet, and scan the enclosed seed marker, not the outside of the seed packet which looks like a scannable image.

Thanks Ruth, We obviously have lots of people from all backgrounds using the app, and some will learn more from their store experience, and some not. There are certainly some improvements that we can make to help with the educational instructions, and we thank you for your support and constructive input.

Good App! But...

This is a good app to keep track of when it’s time to repot and harvest my garden, but I was experiencing a bug. When I was scanning in all of my fruits, herbs, and veggies, the scallions weren’t working. All of the other markers scanned, but when I put the marker for the scallions in the frame, nothing was happening. Please fix this.

Better Camera

This app I thought was so cool, until I went to scan my seed, and all I saw was my entire phone screen white with a button that said “ skip”. The next day I tried again, but still didn’t work. My camera is fine, as I have allowed access to it, and I used it about 30 minutes ago so I could take a photo and it still works, so it’s not that. Plus, this has nothing to do with the app, but can you add Cilantro to your seed collection? And Garlic? Also, am deleting this app right away. I gave it two stars because the app opened up at least, which some of my other apps don’t. I hope you fix this costumer service. Maybe an update? Hope you fix it!( I’ll still do the planting part)

Hi iducbxwjvksg, Sorry to hear about your issues, yet thanks for keeping a light hearted approach. Given your issues and the common problems with other apps, we can only guess that you have an older phone that isn't fully AR compatible. Can you tell us what phone you have? (and we'll be able to check if it should work) As for the garlic and Cilantro, we love that idea. Stop and Shop chose the 26 seeds owing to ease of growth, maintenance, etc. And these were considered, yet didn't make it in the first list. We'll certainly let them know your feedback, and fingers crossed we may see these added in a future update.

Why is this so hard to unlock

Just tell me what the seeds are so my kids stop yelling at me MY GOD was this confusing to figure out and not fun at all

Great app! Awesome little project

I did have a little trouble scanning a few of the plants, I had to quit the app and restart it on 2 of them but for the most part the app works great for us! Was able to scan the majority easily enough to add the plant to our collection I love that it saves the “plant date” and you can track the progress of the plant and when it will be ready to harvest! Lots of awesome info and content :)

Doesn’t Scan

Was excited but the app doesn’t scan even within full view. Still did the seeding but would’ve been nice for my son to enjoy this part of it. So disappointing

Scanner doesn’t work

I was so excited about this project but the scanner in the app doesn’t work at all. I place the marker in full view of the scanner and a big white rectangle shows up and blocks any chance of getting a shot. It only gives me the option of a screenshot which is useless. Will still try the seeds, but my kids would have loved the technology part with it.

Works well and fun

Me and my dad did this and it was fun but I can’t do it with my phone which is a iPhone 6 and my dad phone works wich is a Samsung I think is a Samsung 9 but Overall it is great
