Forecast how much grid power to charge batteries with
Very useful utility if you have a Growatt inverter and batteries. The app reminds you each day to use Solcast to forecast the next day’s solar input to your PV system and recommends the % amount of charge you should put into your batteries in the overnight off peak period. You can opt to take that recommendation, or choose your own % charge and the app will instruct your inverter to set itself for the relevant charge amount. No more guessing what your PV might generate the next day and how much grid electricity you need to consume. Brilliant!!
