DESIGNED FOR HONEST FEEDBACK Daily check-ins record what happened; they do not change a height prediction. Unreliable readings stay outside the accepted trend. Health-related excuses are not treated as missed effort. When the personal goal is reached, the plan shifts to a light maintenance routine.
