Not user friendly
The latest update didn’t save any labels, glitches a lot and does not show previous used labels. Customer support is suuuuuuuuper slow to respond, you have to email them to get in touch (possibly) with any live person to ask questions.

It does not work
I tried connecting to bluetooth, and was successful. But when i start to print, nothing comes out of the physical device.
