Free side
After completing the survey that has a photo of the loaded fries and sweet potato fries I was told I could not use them free side coupon for the loaded fries. I think that is false advertising. Why put a photo of the loaded fries if they are not included? When I explained this to the lady at the register she wasn’t willing to do anything. I think the advertising should be changed.

Buggy app
Grub’s app does okay with ordering, but the app actually deducted points the last time I came in. Today, I started with 25 points and earned 52 points! Woohoo. The app now shows I have 27 points. 😒 Oh well, I come for the food, not the points, but I might come more often if the points worked. I did email customer support, but I haven’t seen a reply. Yes, I checked my spam folder. 🤷🏼♀️ I’ll still come back for the food.

First time trying out this chain. The burgers and drinks are on point. I’m thankful Quez provided great advice while I was deciding on what to order.
Pre-Christmas shopping lunch
Had to have some nibble and a ‘cold drink’. Perfect place to stop. Our server, Iris was so nice and so helpful and attentive.

Sub Par Again!
Didn’t receive initial receipt. Had to ask for it twice and finally manager brought it to us after we let her know we had received the wrong burger after a long wait. She did however go to the kitchen herself and remake my order herself though to be sure it was correct which I do appreciate, but this was the second time within the last 30 days that we received negative service at this location. The last time I simply didn’t even leave a review at all. We love the manager, but cook service needs improvement.

Useless app
App doesn’t work. Every time I go to try to place an order, there is an error and it says to “try again in a few minutes”
Newly discovered restaurant
We went to try another restaurant but it was closed. We went to Grub instead for the first time. We waited a long time for our food and my husbands order was wrong. That being said, the manager Mike was awesome! He immediately addressed the problem which was prepared in no time, offered us free shakes and apologized profusely! The food was fresh and delicious! We will be back!

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. Whenever I go onto it the menu is blank. Needs to be fixed.
App stopped working
Have used the app for the past half year no problem. For the past few weeks when you try to order none of the menu items populate, it’s just blank with nothing. I’m not sure what happened but it’s a big disappointment when it used to work so well.

The grub burger in odessa is awesome. My husband and I love missy at the bar. She is always fun kind and ready to serve. We love visiting when she’s there. Also the food is really good. The buns made on site and the ground beef are exceptional. Y’all get a 10 from us.
New to the app
I just downloaded this app and scanned my receipt. Bam!! 29 points! I’m on my way to my first 50. Much easier than using a punch card that requires an employee to use their handheld single hole puncher. Also much more sanitary cause seriously, Covid. I love it! This app rocks. I wish I could down load it again. Much fun and happy love.

It begins with leadership which is quite evident and trickles down.
