This app used to be great but with recent versions of iOS, it is completely broken. Just gets stuck at the loading screen.

These scammers charged my account twice without me even submitting an order. This is a fraudulent app and will scam you out of your money. It should be taken down and the owners prosecuted.

Not sure what happened but it shows the order initially and then just disappears for any sort or tracking. Needs a lot of work. Just easier ordering direct
Don’t even bother
Worst app I’ve ever had does not even work properly. Unable to contact anyone there. Had me waiting up all night for food that never arrived. Seriously stick to Deliveroo, just eat and Uber don’t even waste your time.
Issues with app
When trying to select items, it doesn’t allow me to select them, when also trying to look at progress of order, it won’t let me go back to the order.

No support.
Made an order. Order was incorrect called support and was told they will call me back. That was 1 week ago. Do not trust.
Shockingly optimised
Was trying to order food as the prices seem to be cheaper than the competitors, but the app and the website are so poorly optimised that you can barely use them.
I’d rather pay the extra few quid to confidently order my food, and know it’s going to arrive as requested!

I downloaded the app and went through the sign up process:
1.allow access to your location - yes
2.allow notifications - yes
Then it hangs
Deleted it.

Got in! But then cannot search for a location.

Completely bogus delivery data
Says my order was delivered 11 hours ago.
The delivery data is complete nonsense, I only ordered it half an hour ago

Constant errors on app needs huge upgrade
So bad it’s funny! Keeps saying my phone number is already registered when its not. Also no option to reset password as it insists I have a login! And because I wanted to use private sign in and not share my email address it has denied me access. You just want to spam my email address. Not interested

I ordered through Grub24 app it is very easy to use.
Fantastic. Table booking is great
App is really user friendly. I like the restaurant booking feature which is not available in the other apps. It is alao much cheaper to order vompare to other apps. It cost me £14.50 for an ordr which was £19 to order from JustEat or Deliveroo. Well done 👌👌
