No delivery of item paid for and no refunds
I placed an order for a box of mangoes on the 7th May for delivery on 9th May from one of their vendors that has still not been fulfilled . When contacting support Grubup keep saying delivery delays , keep changing delivery dates and then not responding when the delivery day arrives , do not deliver . They are not refunding the amount or fulfilling delivery and it is the 20th today . There is no way of contacting the vendor itself and you have to rely on poor support service from Grubup . I think this is a scam app , please beware before ordering !!!

Logs out all the time
Can your app please not logout all the time and then ask for password? So many times I have thought of placing an order but each time the app is logged out, does not have face recognition option and asks for log in id and password. Pretty pathetic and painful user experience

The app kept crashing, and orders were lost.
