Hi Julie, When you first purchase an iMessage sticker pack, you must enable it in your iMessages app menu. To do this, follow these steps: 1.) In the Messages app, tap the 'A' icon next to the message entry field. You might need to tap the arrow to reveal it. 2.) In the panel that opens, tap the icon in the bottom left with 4 little circles, then tap the icon for Store (+) 3.) in the Store window that appears, tap on the 'Manage' tab at the top right 4.) In the manage tab, you'll see the option to enable the Grumpmoji stickers or set it to enable all automatically 5.) Once it is enabled, tap Done, and the Grumpmoji stickers will appear in your app menu any time you tap the 'A' icon
