nice app but freezes all the time

nice app but freezes all the time

very frustrating

This app is horrible

It freezes constantly. Locks up. Restarts. Try to download presentations and it locks up in the files section. Try to view slides and it’s too small, auto advances, or freezes. The schedule is impossible to try to follow. Please offer paper of just events for pickup.

Time for a recode

The app is slow slow slow, interface is not intuitive, will refuse to open sometimes or shut down in the middle of an operation. Please pay a developer to get it up to speed, much worse than other conference apps I’ve used. Also if you are going to request a customer number to sign in please send that with the registration invoice and not waste 15 minutes of my life trying to retrieve it!

Refined and useful

The app worked better this year and was much more useful. I had no issues with connectivity

Issues loading schedule

The layout of the app is good, but I had major issues loading parts of the app, especially “My schedule.” It would take a very long time to initially load, frequently freeze once it did load, and sometimes totally crash. I spent a significant amount of time waiting for the schedule to load and restarting the app multiple times. This made it challenging and very time consuming to find session locations. I do not believe the issues were related to my phone as some of my colleagues experienced the same issues.

Worked most of the time

There were times when it was frustrating using this app, it would not load the events properly. Or continually sign you out and require the login Access key that is conveniently tucked away in an email. One suggestion would be to make the notations of rooms clearer. It was very difficult to figure out that “M” meant the JW Marriot, on the first day of the conference. However, the app was great for bookmark/starring events.
