Thanks for making this app available. The advice about when and where different kinds of trash will be collected is extremely helpful, as is the reminder notification the day before trash pick up. I even enjoy the little quiz. Well done!!

GSO Collects has been very helpful for me.
Not only reminding me which day each container is picked up but also Holiday reminders.
Your Large item pickup is wonderful! All I do is send a message about my item along with a photo and I get an immediate response yes or no. So far it’s been yes!

Love the GSO App. It is very, very informative. I
check it each week for pick up infomation or changes to normal pickup dates regarding holidays etc.
The info on the proper use and placement of garbage in the refuse containers was very beneficial. I got 90% correct over all on the refuse quiz.

Great program and always accurate!
Love this app!
This app makes it really easy for me to check and see which things are being picked up (trash and recycling, or just trash, etc) and on what days. It also makes it really easy to get in contact with them if I have any questions. And they’ve made it really fun to learn about our collection system with bit sized info and mini quizzes.

No Notifications, no support
Fine app but notifications stopped working. Followed instructions, contacted support - no response. Kind of pointless if I can’t get reminders.
Notifications don’t work
The most basic function of this app does not work. Instead of games, how about focusing on making the notifications work?

Notifications don’t work
It’s sad that the city can’t even make an app notifications that work, but they cannot. I’m deleting this app, going back to the paper schedule, and setting an alert on my phone. It’ll work better. I’m tired of waking up on trash day and realizing that my notification didn’t go off the night before.

Excellent app
It’s perfect for letting me know what will be picked up and how to get rid of bulky items.
Unable to report missed pickup
The app glitches out when trying to report a missed pickup. This was the whole reason I downloaded the app. After multiple tries, I cannot report my missed recycling bin and bulk waste pickup.

Great job!
I think our city workers for all the collections, do a very good job. Very disappointed that the city will not allow a home to have more than 2 yard waste containers as there are huge amounts of leaves in my area in the fall. Using the brown bags works elderly people to “death”. Maybe you could say people over 70 could have a 3rd one. Please consider this.

I love the GSO Collects app! This app makes it so easy to check weekly collections. I don’t ever have to wonder whether it’s recycling week with this app.
