Invalid user and password
My account is correct but it gives an invalid password error. Will keep it 1 star until it’s fixed
SSO Login Credentials Don’t Work
Using the credentials that work on my desktop system don’t work in this app. When I click on ‘forgot password’ it sends me to a browser within the app that DOES accept my credentials. So is this app just a front end for a web interface?
Credentials do not work
Credentials do not work in app but do work online.
Doesnt even work
Cant login directly to the app. Can on the web browser and when it pulls up forgot password it logs in but through web browser making app pointless. Needs fix.
Not able to sign in
Its pretty sad that a company that is a “industry standard” in IT does not have an app that works.
Credentials don’t work
Same credentials for the web don’t work on app.
Useless
Useless app, can’t log in, would rate zero stars if I could.
Will not log in
I can login on my laptop but not with the app. I even changed my password just in case and no avail.
Can’t Log in
I can log into my laptop fine but on the app it says invalid.
Credentials do not work in the app
Also my credentials work in a browser but not in this app.
Does not log me in
My credentials work on laptop but not here.
Will Not Let Me Log In
I’ve changed my username and password 3 times and it still won’t accept it, I’m getting a notice that says “Invalid username or password”. Browser login works fine though. Might be a glitch with using Apple Keychain. Deleting this app because it’s pretty much unusable
Cannot log you in
Can’t ever login.
Can’t log in.
Can’t log into my account. Get an error that says “This user is not allowed for log in.” I would expect a lot more from CompTIA. Deleted app.
Can’t log in
I know my password and have no issues using it on my browser, yet it keeps telling me “invalid email or password” every attempt I make. I’ve even tried resetting my password and it just gives the same message.
Can’t log in
Tells me, “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.”
