Paid for subscription, got locked out
Paid for subscription to use post-flop solver. The next day app does not work. Throws errors upon opening. Likewise for desktop site on other devices. Delete app and re-install, log in with different email account. App works fine, likewise for desktop site. Re-log in to the account that I paid for subscription on and app no longer works. Have not had response on app support services. Something is obviously wrong...

Crazy solves
Some really crazy solves, like calling 33 in UTG v BTN 3b in cash game. Pio doesn’t even have 33 in the UTG’s opening range, let alone calling a 3b OOP. I do not recommend this app for the money. Get GTO wizard or GTO+, if you don’t want to pay a monthly subscription.

Misleading evaluations
At first glance, this looks like a great GTO trainer: It’s easy to use and offers infinite scenarios to play out. The problem is, it tells you whether your plays are right or wrong based on the specific cards your opponents are holding! The exact same play in the exact same situation could be great or terrible, depending on those face-down cards. As a result, the feedback you’re getting on your play is nearly useless.
An ideal trainer would put you up against realistic ranges instead. I get why this trainer doesn’t do that—it would make the GTO calculations much, much more complicated—but it’s still disappointing.

I'd like to see other hands' strategies in training mode as well.

I’d like for some of the preflop action to be much closer as in hands that are just out of the range and hands on the cusp of 3 bets be show more than 35o UTG which is not a difficult decision, also hands where you make an error I’d like to see them replay a similar situation or even the same situation 10 mins later to see if you learned from it. Finally after you complete a hand you have to click the arrow to move on this is good if you want to go back and not move on straight away but bad for continued practice, I think adding a timer of 5-10 seconds before the next hand automatically starts would be a good addition. Other than that brilliant piece of software which if refined I reckon you could sell a subscription for a lot of money :).
