GTI cares about the Customer
Great App. Easy, straight forward data collection. Customer Service is 2nd to none. Found a little bug, reported it, had an update with the fix in less than 24 hrs. Unbeatable.
Only server based
They need to add it to the file sharing on iPad so your companies data base can be added to the mapping. Right now as best i can tell it can only be run off of a server which kind of defeats the purpose of GT Viewer.

Thank you for your review. Currently the only way to get data on the iOS devices is by downloading it from a server or from using file sharing through iTunes. We currently use the GTViewer Data Server to host the map data for download and after the initial download it's available for offline use. Unfortunately at this time we don't want to force users to update their data through iTunes. We'll definitely look into the desire for this feature and see if we have enough users willing to go through iTunes and if Apple releases a feature allowing for file transfer through non-iTunes means then we'll look into adding that functionality.
