Loyal customer but no rewards

Every app has a reward system to reward loyal customers. I’ve had a couple hundred buck catering order and have had about 20 smaller orders but have earned zero rewards for being loyal. This app needs a rewards system

Cant see how many points you have or what rewards you can cash them in for. Cant see any specials that are running or coupons that are available.

Its just for ordering. You have to check your points and rewards in store, after you enter your phone number. It’s so weird.
