Mobile deposit doesn’t work anymore
Every time I try to mobile deposit a check it is rejected. So I’m forced to take off of work and go in on bank hours to deposit in person where the check goes through no problem.
Latest update prevents fund transfers
The app crashes every time I try to use Zelle or transfer money to my savings account
No Zelle support
Spent hours trying to figure out how to receive money through Zelle. No obvious process and no support.

I recommend them. They are always very friendly.

App has been crashing for a week and given how long it takes for them to update the app, I have no idea when I will be able to use it again. It was great and convenient but not knowing when a problem will be fixed is disappointing

The app as stated above closes as soon as you open it on iOS 16.4 however on the Android device I have the app works fine. It makes it very difficult to have to switch between phones to use my online banking when it should be really easy. Please get this fixed…… Thank you
