Guard Tour App · PatrolTech

Guard tour system and security guard app for security companies, facility managers, residential communities and industrial sites. This is the app the manager signs up with and runs things from; officers check in with the PatrolTech officer app. UP AND RUNNING IN MINUTES • Create your company, your first site and your checkpoints. • Print the QR codes or stick standard NFC tags. Nothing to buy. • Invite your officers: they get a link and can start scanning. WHAT YOU SEE, LIVE • Which tours are running and which did not start on time. • Skipped checkpoints and anomalous scans (impossible by distance or time). • Incidents reported by officers, with photo and location. • History by site, route and officer. WHAT YOU DO • Get alerted when something is off, without watching a screen. • Export reports for audits and for your clients. • Manage sites, routes, checkpoints and officers from the phone or the web dashboard. WORKS OFFLINE Officers can scan with no signal; records sync when coverage returns. FREE PLAN Up to 5 checkpoints, unlimited officers, 1 site. No card required. Paid plans are priced per checkpoint, not per officer. WHEN IT IS NOT FOR YOU If you need an alarm-monitoring-center integration or already run another vendor's guard tour hardware, write to us before installing: we will tell you whether it fits.
