Battery Drain & Hourly Tone Update Needed
I've been using this app for a while, and while the core functionality is great, there are two big issues that need attention:
1. **Battery Drain:** The app is consuming way more battery than expected, even when running in the background. It noticeably impacts my phone’s battery life, making it less practical for everyday use.
2. **Hourly Tone:** The notification sound seriously needs a refresh—it’s one of the most unpleasant tones I’ve ever heard. A few customization options or a simple, more refined tone would be a big improvement.
Fixing these would make the app much more user-friendly. Hoping for updates soon!

Terrible. Try to sign in and doesn’t recognise where you are (even with location activated), try to sign out and you get a message the next time you attempt to log in, asking why didn’t you log out. One of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded

Getting two notifications every time I get an alert
You must have a bug cause won’t let me sign out
I love how I can see my shifts but you can’t change times and I am having problems where it won’t let me sign out and it’s the second time it’s happened. I have turn my phone off and on and then deleted app and down loaded again but still come up with a message where won’t let me sign out so you need fix that issue please

Doesn’t work. Manager receiving lots of messages saying that my location is wrong or gps running fake location. I had to bring my manager to the place where I work to show him! Terrible app!
Can this app be updated with time?
Can hardly open the app and it takes forever to login and take a photo to verify.

no longer able to Add incident report
After the last update of the Guardhouse , it is no longer possible to create a report ,a message pop up to fill required fields, all the fields are filled, but still pop up though

Timesheet problem
Every time I log off a shift it do not put my shift on my timesheet and I cannot go into my profile and view my timesheet from there either so I do not know if there’s a bug or what it is by the need to be looked atAnd when you do the welfare checks you can’t see how many you have done and how many days left
