Good Overall
This is a nice option to increase your overall security, however sometimes it doesn’t remain connected and there’s a delay of several seconds when it reconnects, especially if I have not needed to run any apps or visit any sites for some time. Hopefully this can be improved. When that happens, I will update my review to 5/5 stars. Thank you.

Buggy
Enjoy resetting the app multiple times a day because your internet stops working. Love the functionality. Hate that it rarely works properly.
Terrible performance
Really wanna like it, but ran into numerous instances where the app was unable to load the server list on cell or WiFi. Additionally, the address space used by some of the servers is weird (SC educational orgs?) and causes problems with apps on my device. Windows app is also absolutely awful.
Can’t Sign in…
The link from their website to automatically log into their app does not work. And then once you find the button to login via your email account within the app also doesn’t work. To make matters worse, there’s a fake Guardian App “powered by Alarm.com” that I almost gave my credentials to. If they don’t solve this soon, I’ll be cancelling both their subscription and eero’s as well….

Easy to share my belongings….no extra hassle no extra questions just protection that everyone needa
Attackers easily compromised this and used it against paid subscribers wasted money and trust
So…paid for this app hoping it would defend but it ended up working against us and for rogue developers instead! Allowed some http backdoor. Can’t even defend itself hrmph!
I want to want it
I’m on a trial plan. I want to see how much is being blocked. And I have put in one app and one domain to be exempted, as they won’t work with a VPN. After first adding the exemptions, that app and domain worked while running the VPN. That’s good. But hours later the exemptions inexplicably no longer work. I’ve tried adding them back in with no success. This is a deal breaker. I was ready to purchase a one year pro subscription, but this one issue has made this decision a non starter.

Where’s the protection?
I had been using Norton suite. There prices keep going up. Someone told me about Guardian. They had been using it for several years. I thought I would give it a try. After installing, it prompt me to subscribe for a day at 99 cents and being a new user I would get additional 6 days. After buying the one day subscription, I tried searching the internet. Page would not load. Just for Curiosity I turned off the app. The page loaded. Tried another web browser, same thing. I contacted tech support. I would get a response 1-3 days. WTH!!!!!!!!

Needs on/off toggle in widget
The program itself works well and as expected, however the app shortcut needs a toggle to turn the app on and off. As it is, it takes too many taps if one wants to turn the app on or off, whereas a widget would be available right away.
Cut me short of my subscription
Not great app, kept cutting out when using, had the pro version, jumping between 1 and 2 connections making it feel like I’m not completely covered at times, the counter at bottom of screen on alerts never really went up so not sure if the app was working at all?
100 day free passes is a joke and never worked and to top it all off after cancelling my subscription I should have 10 days left on this app but took my money and left me hi and dry with out a vpn thanks Guardian for cutting me short

Ich nutze Guardian VPN nun seit mehreren Monaten täglich – vor allem unterwegs auf öffentlichen Netzwerken. Die App läuft stabil, verbindet sich schnell und bleibt im Hintergrund absolut unauffällig. Besonders gefällt mir, dass Guardian nicht nur schützt, sondern auch transparent macht, welche Apps nach Hause telefonieren.
Die Kombination aus VPN und Tracking-Schutz ist in dieser Form einzigartig. Würde es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Sudden disconnect
I was using it and thought about checking the vpn stats and it was just disconnected. Without prompt or warning
Not intuitive or simple
Can’t tell if VPN is actively working. What is wireguard? Yes, I’m new to Guardian. I just want to know if I’m using VPN, but my phone looks to be using wireguard. From what I’ve seen Wireguard is a firewall? I didn’t ask for that.
Most websites require you to disable so what’s the point.
If most websites you go to detect you’re using VPN and require you to turn it off for them to function, what’s the point of VPN besides the latest tech money grab?
Ganz schlecht.
Im vergleich zu andere lösungen, ganz veraltete technik wie z.b. dns per ip, ikev2 pritokoll. Leitung mega langsam. Dashboard funktioniert nicht richtig.
Not good for bluetooth
I have installed this app to pair smart lamps without the risk of man-in-the-middle attack but I was unable to pair the lamps.
So VPN you’re all alone
Either brings you’re device to a crawl or is unable to connect to anything. You’d be better off throwing your phone away and just writing letters to people, would probably even be faster and definitely cheaper than this service.
Epic failure
Only thing worse than the app is the non-existent support. They spitball solutions without reading the issue.
Updated my review. Developer addresses the issue after several emails, getting eero support involved, and many screen captures regarding the issue. Still not sure why my account was deactivated, thus the four stars, but it is fixed now. Should not have taken this much effort.
