Another pay-to-play idle trash game
Game limits your energy and increases the energy cost of attacking. It’s not even pay to win, it’s pay to play.

It confusing
I love the game in all, but I wish it wouldn’t have a lot of things in the way of your base that you have to remove, such as...
dragon bones, different numbered paths, and a cluster of trees. Also, there’s certain patches of grass where you can build different buildings. I want to be able to place my buildings where ever I want. And when your in battle with someone, there’s really no way to tell your troops apart from the other players troops.

Absolutely the worst!!
The creators are 100% the worst. I’ve had issues out of this game for the last two years and have never received any help from them. Not even a message back. It’s disgusting.

I honestly can’t describe how much I love this game. I downloaded it at launch and have played it ever since. I normally get bored of games and deleted them a couple of weeks after I’ve downloaded them. But this game I have kept since, however in the past year the devs have simple disappeared, no updates, no nothing. The game is completely broken. Please can somebody pick up this game again. I really miss it :(

The game is completely broken and has been for a while. The developers are making no attempt to fix it. It’s a shame because when it worked it was a decent attempt as a war game. I repeat DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.

Every day i play all of a sudden the servers stop working, and i cant play any battles, story mode, or wars. Eventually it come back up, and hen the next time i play they are gone again

What happened?
Something catastrophic must have happened: thisgame was going along well and suddenly the support and Devs went AWOL. We have been waiting for over 3 months for promised updates... seasoned players are giving up. No explanations, no replies, no in-game news feeds for months. Someone is paying to keep the shell of the game running on servers - come back!!

This is a fantastic game... been playing awhile but has become very glitchy and annoying... a real shame. Developers need to sort out their server for game to survive.
Bugs galore
The game is of right now the game won’t let me log in and it keeps on send me to the beginning of the game and you can’t log in unless u uninstall and reinstall The game is full of bugs been years and never fixed it it’s been several times the game kicks my accounts off then I have to do the intro until later it will let me login my account again other than things like that the game is awesome you can climb up without putting too much cash a few bucks here and there and yeah ignore the fact that China puts money on these games or hacks it 🤷♂️

Game won’t load! Says can’t connect to WiFi check connection but my WiFi’s working fine.

Never hear back from the creators. Updates take too long to be brung out. Overall good game but developers could make things easier and let us know what’s going on and when it’s happening.
No customer service
This games would be awesome if Phoenix One actually had customer service and replied to game concerns. The first few weeks were promising. The last month or so the gameplay freezes during battle every time. I’ve reinstalled several times, even played under different Game Center accounts and the issue remains. I’ve been sending customer service emails to the in game provided email contact constantly for the last month and not one single email has been replied to. I wouldn’t waste your time on a game with no customer support.
