A handy tool and a mighty protector

After using this app, I seldomly received scam calls. I suppose this is because the scammers hung up after hearing the Guardianly notice of recording. And the call summary function is an extra benefit that works surprisingly well.

Doesn’t work and has privacy questions

Nothing works as intended in this app. Not much is known about the company behind this. It seems amateurish and hard to trust them and let them listen to my phone calls.

We don’t record calls, and all call transcripts and summaries stay only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy at guardianly.ai/privacy. You also have full control over privacy settings, you can turn call transcription and summaries off anytime if you prefer not to use them. Terrible app invading privacy

This app asks for exact phone number and contacts. Then expensive monthly plans to just record my data. Who knows where it goes as nothing is known about the developers. Anyone that cares about their data should not use it.

Thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify: Guardianly never sells your data, and all call content stays only on your device (see guardianly.ai/privacy). Phone access is optional - you can use ScamScan and ScamEdu features without it. When you do enable call protection, you have full control: transcribe only unknown numbers, or turn it off entirely for contacts you trust. We're committed to transparency and giving you control over your privacy.

Really helpful app to tidy up the mess calls

The most gem app I have ever used by far! as a international student dealing with many calls with brokers, bank and healthcare services, it helps me never missed the important call information, document the call information and put them in action.
