App won’t open
Can’t see any of my points or redeem them
App not open
I can’t open the app for many days even if I refreshed or deleted&downloaded. It’s frustrating because I have lots of points but unable to redeem.
No menu or ordering through the app
App redirects you to the online website. App is useless for ordering, they only collect your info.
Can’t order in the app
Completely useless. Don’t bother downloading. As far as I can tell, it only exists to skim and sell your information.
