Gubal Admin — the operations and management app for Gubal, a tuk-tuk ride-hailing service in Iraq. This app is designed for Gubal's administrative staff and the company's authorized regional agents. Sign-in requires official credentials issued by management; self-registration is not supported. ■ What you can do in this app Operations dashboard Monitor service status in real time: active drivers, ongoing rides, daily revenue, and open complaints. Driver management Review new registration requests, verify documents, activate accounts, and track each driver's performance. Payment review Approve wallet top-up receipts, review electronic transactions, and process onboarding payments. Support tickets and complaints Receive complaints from riders and drivers, respond directly, and keep an auditable record of decisions. Notifications Send notifications to drivers and riders, immediately or scheduled, and monitor delivery rates. Emergency alerts Receive emergency alerts from users and track them on the map as they happen. Regional reports View zone-level statistics and trends to support management decisions. ■ Tools for regional agents - Manage the drivers in your zone and follow their status. - Receive cash wallet top-ups and instantly convert them into driver balance. - Settle monthly dues with the company electronically or via bank receipt. - Provide local support to drivers before escalating issues to central management. ■ Security and privacy - Secure sign-in with email and an encrypted password. - Fully encrypted connection using modern security protocols. - Multi-tier, role-based permissions (central admin, agent, sub-admin). - Any user can request deletion of their account and data from within the app. - Employee data is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing. ■ Requirements - Official credentials issued by Gubal. - A stable internet connection. ■ Important note This app is not open for public sign-up. If you install it without being an authorized Gubal employee or agent, you will not be able to create an account or sign in.
