The app doesn’t recognize my account, so I can’t use it to ride the bus. Good thing I kept my physical card.

You are never able to login to the app , I transferred funds to the app and I have never been able to login , hence lost all the money put into the app

The app never lets me log in and is too unreliable to trust with getting to and from work.

Really, You couldn’t build a better app. You can even buy premade apps for this purpose.
Unusable
If and when you can get the login to work, you’ll likely be unable to properly add the information needed to use your account and pay. Also, why do you need my phone number to pay for a bus fare?
Why….
I already have a physical card with an account but this app is a separate account it seems… why can’t there just be a “user account” for the OnYourWay system. I shouldn’t have to pay twice to use this app. Or why can’t I load my $5 a pop card onto this app…
Can’t Log In
Myself and others in these reviews are saying they cannot log in and the issue is still not fixed. I tried doing “forgot password” and when it asked for my email it told me the account did not exist…I’ve had my bus pass for almost 3 years.

I can login through website. Eventhough all data are same, it says invalid login. Please fix it.

1) Opens apple wallet when trying scan QR code
2) QR code has 20 seconds timer so it gives you the impression it’s valid only for 20 seconds and you will have to purchase new ticket if you miss and generate it again. However, QR code is valid for 60 minutes (going to change to 90) and lets you transfer for free. Change the design to indicate that ticket is valid for 60 minutes and you will be able to regenerate without purchasing tickets.
3) Make it easy to purchase ticket maybe directly from generate qr code screen. Given that Guelph is moving to pay as you go model, most people will buy 1 ticket at a time so this will be very useful feature.

Scaning
Whenever, I am going to scan the QR near the reader the NFC reader open the apple wallet.

Every time you put your phone on the scanner it goes to my wallet, and bus drivers just get mad and blame you for it not working. This is happening too much for the app to even work! Terrible make a new one or make it better
Apple Pay needs to be suppressed
As others have mentioned, scanning the QR code can take many attempts because the contactless payment system / NFC triggers Apple Pay, which pops up in front of the QR code. This is a fairly simple fix for the developer -- and it's crazy that it hasn't been addressed yet -- but nothing can be done at the user end. It can result in a very demoralizing and time-consuming experience for a rider on a busy route.

QR code barely ever scans
Using the QR code through the app is a pain especially when there’s a big line to get on the bus on top of that bus drivers seem to think it’s your fault when the QR code doesn’t scan and they’ll get mad at you
Horrible
They won’t let me login and I have confirmed the account information multiple times. I can login on a browser with the exact same login info perfectly fine, but the app says the info is wrong.

Tons of UI/performance issues
Please fix the app. It’s not on par with other apps on the App Store. It’s got a ton of UI issues and inconsistencies and additionally, the performance of the app is really bad. Scrolling is janky, taps are sometimes not even recognized and the app doesn’t scale properly to fit the screen of newer iPhones.
