I never remember which week is trash & which is recycling or when the organic yard waste gets picked up so this app is really handy and just takes a few seconds to check. Super helpful.

Simple and fantastic
Crazy that I felt the need to review my cities garbage schedule app, but honestly they did a great job. It’s basic, because there’s not much information that needs to be conveyed here. They aren’t making it overcomplicated with menus and features that we don’t need.
It’s always updated when there’s delays or holidays, and I get a notification what bin to put out the night before.
The waste wizard app always solves an argument about what counts as recycling or garbage, and I’m always surprised how complete the list is!
Finally, it’s easy to report when my garbage wasn’t picked up and there’s literally never any performance issues to speak of.
Seriously, you guys had a simple job but this sort of thing is often bungled and I’m so glad this wasn’t one of those situations. I’m always bothering my friends by going on about how much I admire this app lol.

Useful but …
I find this useful but the reminder arrives late in the evening. I think it should be delivered around dinner time. I think this would be much more helpful

Excellent app! I just moved to Guelph and want to be complied with the waste/trash policy, and downloading the app I could find simply everything. All clear instructions, a vast number of items listed to proper treat them, and easy to navigate. Great work done!

It’s very helpful!! Most off the time I forgot to put my garbage out. now it send me reminder so I know what to put there before I have to see out the street what to put.

App works fine, but forced me to respond to a review prompt
Today the app showed a dialog forcing me to say if I was enjoying the app, instead of the normal one that iOS uses. It’s a poor way to treat users.

Excellent all round
Good to know what to put out each week, good to set the reminder, good for looking items up - blue or grey bin.
Extremely useful
Quite a handy app to use. Not just as a reminder for the kind of garbage per week, but to classify items on each type of garbage.
