Pretty good!

Definitely would recommend it’s super fun but some of the words might be kind of advanced so maybe don’t get the app if you are litterally immediately just starting. Also I completed “classic mode.” Are there going to be other modes? Anyway fun and good to use and also would recommend their other app, “InterSign”

Great for beginners and more

I’ve been studying ASL for about a year and there’s a lot on this app that stumps me, it’s a great way to practice, spelling games and sign language games together at the same time.

This app REALLY helps

This app catapulted my ASL to a new level because of my love of games/word puzzles and desire to learn ASL. The only thing I ask is for the team to edit some words that are wrong (Avocado and Canada are two that I recall). Other than that, I highly recommend this. Remember to reset your progress in settings to start over and keep practicing.

Not a good tool for me

I am learning sign language. I downloaded this as an extra tool. I get the concept that you are supposed to guess the sign based on what the sign looks like. Sign language has many signs that clearly represent the word but there are many that don’t at all. On this game you’re watching people make a sign and then trying to guess the word, and then tap letters from a small selection of scrambled letters to spell it. Just tap the letters to fill in the boxes and spell the word. I am not learning from this. I cannot figure out what the sign is without any other context except just watching them do it, and so many just don’t look like anything. So I spend more time just trying to find a reasonable word amongst the scrambled letters and hope for the best. Maybe others will get benefit from it but I’m not getting much.
