Time change
I am an old lady who is struggling to get the right time and date in the versa 2 watch. It was working o.k. Until I stopped wearing it for three weeks and on my return the date and time were wrong. This makes the watch unusable. What a waste of money. I can not even sync it to my computor I do not have a mobile phone. Why has the simple how to do it book gone out of production.?

Not Helpful!
I have so many questions about my Fitbit. I found that app and I thought it would help me out by the name of it, it sounded helpful. Until I entered the app I searched up my question and nothing popped up. It might answer about 10 questions in all of maybe anyones questions but, not to me or maybe others.

Fitbit is unresponsive to users
I just received a Fitbit Versa 4. I already regret purchasing it. My Versa 2 was stolen while I was in hospital for more than two months fighting two life threatening infections, losing leg function and having to go to rehab hospital to relearn how to walk. While in hospital, I reported the theft of my Fitbit while I was near death in ICU. I realized that the watch was gone but ai didn’t want to learn of the thief’s stats while getting an initial assessment that I would probably not walk again . All i want is to clear my account and get stats on the Versa 4 synced to my Cubii. It wont sync. And Fitbit apparently has no living customer service reps. The only other device that syncs with Cubii is an Apple watch. I regret not biting the bullet and going into sticker shock. I guess I’ll be returning the useless Fitbit.

Can't get any answer except their 10 or so pre-set ones. That's not helpful if your problem isn't one of those!!!!
