Bite the bullet (or tear I guess) and buy
This app is exactly what I wanted for this game. You get detailed descriptions for every item with links in each description to anything remotely relevant. Every item pool is listed, synergies and interactions explained, the ability to track every achievement completed and item collected so you can track your journey to earning the Dead God.

Goated
I have used this app so much and gotten great use of it. I’m 500 hours in and still use it frequently.
Makes Dead God on mobile seem possible
If I didn’t have this app I probably wouldn’t be anywhere near as close to where my progress currently is. The picture recognition for the items feature is worth the price. It basically is a quick alternative to the item descriptions once you learn how to use it.
Fantastic reference
A great reference and companion to the game. Highly recommend supporting the development
