No one showed for the trip

I had a bad experience with this company. It isn’t just that no one showed for the trip, even though I got 3 confirmation emails and an address to show up at.

It is also that, since 5 days ago, no one from Guidesly returned my emails or phone call. The guide I reserved with had not responded to messages in the app and probably doesn’t know I exist. I have no way to contact him directly outside the app. Not all features work on the website or app, so I don’t blame the guide… I only installed the app after being unable to use the website.

The app still says i should enjoy my upcoming trip that is well in the past now! I am partially billed for it with no way to cancel or manage it except to dispute the card with my credit card.

Better than other apps

I was looking for apps about muppets and, or, pretzels and I stumbled upon Guido Esterme! This app is very beautiful, it’s got great looks. I immediately forgot about muppets and started planning fishing trips. I am scheduled to go on 4 different charters within the next 72 hours - hope I can make them all!
