App is much better than expected. Very easy to register and can view my statements weekly which is great. All under one roof and no more searching emails.

Not impressed

I signed up to this company, and the customer service is pretty bad, they didn’t set me up on time and I missed my first week’s pay because of them. Second week, they said they wouldn’t be able to pay me until 5pm. Absolutely shocking. I wouldn’t recommend the company. I reported this to their online chat system no one got back to me.
There are a lot better Umbrella companies out there. Why pay for a service when the service is diabolical. STAY AWAY is my advice.
