Meilleur MMO sur ordinateur, je salue l’initiative de l’avoir transmis sur mobile. C’est agréable de pouvoir rejouer sur mobile . Cependant la maniabilité est un peu plus difficile , mais avec les MAJ et les différents retour pour pouvoir améliorer le jeu sur mobile, je reste optimiste. Foncez, le jeu est exceptionnel , tant sur le PvP que sur le PvE.

Like the game alot!
I really like this game a lot, I want to invest in it by buying the expansion packs and paying to get rid of the ads. But… I am on iPhone 17 Pro Max and my phone starts to overheat and screen dims and wont let me put it back unless I stop playing for a few minutes. This is the only game currently that I play that gets my phone really hot after like 10 mins. My ipad pro also gets very hot. I probably will have to just play on pc.

Only MMO worth your time
I’ve always hated subscriptions. Even MMOs where you buy the expansion, and still need to have a subscription (WoW, ESO) and they have the nerve to throw premium currencies on top of it. They don’t respect your time or money. Not this game. Buy it, and enjoy it in its entirety without it hounding you over subscriptions or premium currency. Play at your own pace. Great game, worth the $7 for the base game alone. Edit: Why is everyone complaining about the ads? If you don't have $7, go find a free mmo that asks you for hundreds to keep up with everyone else instead.

Nice port with some issues. Mainly for me, audio isn’t working at all. Also, it started out running very smooth but got excessively laggy over time, especially during fights (lots of spell cast effects, etc). I almost finished one vanquish (~1 hr) by the time it finally crashed — luckily was able to restart and log back in and it seems like this cleared the lag, finished the vanquish.

Gutes Spiel, Mobile Umsetzung aber dürftig
Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen: Wenn ich nur den Spielinhalt und die Mechaniken bewerten müsste, 5 Sterne. Aber es kommen halt noch weitere Punkte hinzu: Zuerst die leider etwas in die Jahre gekommene Graphik - die trotz "Reforged" leider kaum verbessert wurde. Dafür sind dann leider nur 3 drin. Der wirklich größte Kritikpunkt aber ist: Die Umsetzung für "Mobile" ist einfach mangelhaft, die Menüführung einfach schlecht gemacht, Steuerung hakelig. Daher hier nur 2 Sterne. Macht (5+3+1)/3 =3 Sterne.

Amazing that this exists
I played this on PC when it first came out. The fact they were able to port this game to mobile is fantastic. Pay for the campaigns and that’s all you’ll need. This isn’t meant to be a free to play game. The campaigns aren’t even that expensive. Well worth it if you love MMORPGS. Also, highly recommend you play on a tablet if possible.

Très heureux de poursuivre l’aventure commencée il y a plus de 20 ans sur pc, j’ai repris mes vieux comptes et on est repartis pour des heures de fissures et uw avec ma femme, évidement on y joue plus sur iPad que sur iPhone, l’écran est un peu petit sur smartphone…

Nostalgie für Unterwegs. ArenaNet bringt das über 20 Jahre alte Guild Wars vom PC aufs Handy mit aufgehübschter Grafik. Für viele wirkt die Grafik altbacken, aber das macht gar nichts. So viel Inhalt für Free to Play, ohne viel Schnick Schnack findet man wohl nirgends anders. Die Steuerung ist super umgesetzt und man kann sich einfach mit seinem bestehend ArenaNet Account einloggen und entspannt auf dem Sofa und unterwegs ein paar Quest‘s erledigen.
Alles in allem eine absolut gelungene Umsetzung.
Für jeden Guild Wars Veteranen und für neue Spieler absolut zu empfehlen.

Mandatory ads when you enter a zone
What a way to kill the game before it even gets started. Ad when I zoned back into the first town put me at 50% likely to delete. Second ad when I zoned into Abby on newbie quest and that was it for Guild Wars Reforged. Was the fraction of a penny worth it for the two ads you got out of me? If I could have played unimpeded I’d have been happy to spend when I was ready to experience new content or boost my growth. Good luck on mobile where there are dozens of other MMOs that don’t force ads on me.

Es ist Guild Wars. Kein Spinoff, kein Abklatsch. Es ist genau das Spiel, das wir seit Jahrzehnten vom PC kennen und lieben. Und es spielt sich überraschend gut! Bestes MMORPG (im App Store).
Requires purchase to actually play
I saw a ad and thought why not. Downloaded it and a screen popped up. I could play for free but I wouldn’t be able to trade and stuff. Immediately deleted it. Never will I ever try the game because of it being misleading and I’m actively now hoping for the downfall of this company.

A solid port
I have been playing GW since 2006, and have been saying it would be a great phone game ever since GW2 release, so thank you for making that happen! The port is solid, some bugs but the devs have been pushing new builds live very frequently to address them which I appreciate.
Many of the reviews here seem very confused: this is THE full original mainline Guild Wars game from 2005. You are in the same instances and servers having the same experience as us long time players on PC. It’s fully cross play enabled, I’m playing on mobile on the same account I’ve had since 2007 and often swap between the PC and mobile version. I wouldn’t personally play the hardest content on mobile (yet), same as other cross play games, but my experience questing has been great and this release got me hooked to gw1 again.
Keep up the great work and thank you for bringing new life to the game! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen so many new players asking questions in Ascalon and Kamadan, and it’s been fun welcoming them to the game.
