User reviews

Needs more user control

I'd use it if I could add my own types of streams. Not all of us are at abuse our loved ones or chain smoke levels of guilt.

shuts down frequently

well there really isn't much to this app; writing down your undesirable and desirable behaviors. worst is that it just shuts down VERY frequently making even attempted trial period practically impossible

Good!

It is really easy and has lots of things you can focus on to improve yourself. However you really have to keep on top of your tracking or else it wont help you

Great app!!!

You should try it!!

Ahora estoy más consiente sobre cómo me comporto.

Neat idea

I'll try it out to see if it helps with motivation to break bad habits and foster good ones. Easy, clean interface. Really needs retina update, as graphics look terrible on iPhone 4. Other than that, no complaints. Seems quite useful.
