Out of date with iOS
Won’t work anymore because developers haven’t updated the app. App Store won’t even let you download this anymore

love the app. i updated jamplay and lost access to it. i’d like to go back to previous jamplay app. how can i do that??

Love this app paid 2.99 as the idea of cords on your watch is ground breaking.
Problem is I can’t get it to work no matter what i try( the watch part)
And the contact us option never works.

Why won’t my watch connect??
The app won’t let me connect my brand new Apple Watch. Even tried to buy the app thinking I had to pay to unlock the watch “feature”... nope. 3$ down the drain.
Wasn’t What I Expected
I expected a program that showed me all possible positions of chords. Example: For E augmented it shows only one position. Does same thing in many other chords. I’d like to see chords all over the neck!
Chords on the watch
I installed the app. It would not connect to the watch. So I bought the premium version in the in app purchasing. It still won’t connect to the watch. There is no way to install it in the watch app. The chords app just says to launch the jam play app on the watch. It’s as clear as mud. The thing doesn’t work.

Works very well
It wasn’t that long ago that this technology would have cost big bucks and wold not fit in in my shirt pocket.
I still have several chord books several inches thick. The price sticker is still visible, $18-34.

Premium doesn’t work
I paid to upgrade to Premium using in app purchase but it won’t register. Even tried deleting and tapping RESTORE PURCHASE. Nothing happens. It also won’t install or show up as am app for my watch. IOS 13.2 AW 6. Looks like I wasted $4. Ah well

App doesn’t show up on Apple Watch
I downloaded this app specifically for use on my Apple Watch 4 and found that it doesn’t show up on my watch and will not pair? Also, I paid for the upgrade but it still will not recognize my Apple Watch and I can’t restore my purchase?? What gives????
Update...have attempted to reach app support but keep getting message “site not available” and when I attempt to get a refund from the App Store, I keep getting referred back to the app support. Feels like I’ve been scammed out of my money for an app that doesn’t work as advertised with no options. Won’t be purchasing any more apps after this experience.
Just got a response from app “support”...basically saying that they have no support for their app for the Apple Watch 4....so hang on to your money folks...because it doesn’t work and you quite literally will have no options from either Apple or the developer to get your money back if you pay for the upgrade.

Frequently crashes when you tap play on a chord.
Great Reference
As an older beginner I like the ability to see just one chord and hear what it should sound like. If I had an Apple watch I would like the ability to see the chord right there on the wrist. Keep up great work.
Not impressed
Just downloaded App onto phone and have been trying to get it to work with new Apple Watch series 3 , but getting compatibly issues. It doesn’t connect for long enough and doesn’t function 100%. Not happy...
It works great for me
Never have any problems loading a video, I generally watch the whole series one after the other so that helps, there's a scene button as well a lesson list button on the bottom of the video screen, before going into full screen mode, both on the LHS, which lists all the sub video in a lesson & the full list of lessons in the series, no, it doesn't remember what you watched or add that info to your profile, but frankly, if you can't remember what you've watched, you have much bigger problems than your apps. performance, no, it doesn’t add to your score either, if you're serious about learning to play, scoring is a non-issue, some of the best guitarists around showing you lessons on a hand-held device anywhere you have a signal? Just sheer players bliss, so, stop with what it can't do, and go with what it can, in buckets - Make you a better musician! I'm so used to having to sign in with Apples i system, that's never been an issue, enjoy the app, it's 'kin amazing!
