Unreliable

This app doesn’t work correctly. Luckily it was cheap.

What? Guitar too!? Thank you!

I have been using this developers app to make note maps for Uke for a while, maybe a year now? And I was thinking it would be great if there was a version for guitar. I don’t know why the full set is not listed on the Uke version but I just found this and bought it. The free version shows you the C major scale so you can see how this works. For a dollar you can unlock rest rest of the maps and they are beautiful. Displays include note names, scale numbers or just plan dots. Love this series… exactly what is needed well organized and beautifully rendered.

Excellent

Absolutely amazing for the price
If you don’t appreciate this as a reference
tool I’m shocked.
Landscape view is perfect for clicking on a scale and then picking out the notes as well as having the option of the number system
The fact that it is so simple to view and use
makes it perfect for learning.
11 out of 10
Love it. And I’ve learned heaps in 10 minutes of using it.

Hoping for left handed version soon.

Finally a chord/scale chart that mirrors the charts I made, and still use, many years ago on graph paper. I was hoping it had a left handed conversion, maybe soon. Very good though, easy to read, all inversions shown on the fretboard at once, just like my paper charts. Nice job!

Pretty good

Just got it. I am still checking it out. It looks like it's gonna be very useful. I'm not sure about the chord configuration yet. It has a lot of options though. I like how you can click on the chords, scales etc. to isolate or change or lookup. It would be nice to get examples of chords on a chord grid. I have a pretty good knowledge of chords, jazz chords included, just not very certain how to read all the chords, I understand fretboard visualization seeing different patterns in that point it gets five stars. Definitely worth the money.

A few easy tweaks could make it great

Maybe separate drop down menus for chords and scales/modes?

Also, whole-step down standard tuning for the different instrument configurations, ex. D Standard for 6 string and A Standard for 7 string would be useful, as they are commonly used.

Poor shir.

Lagging much. Poor presented knowledge...
