I actually don’t mind the very basic appearance but you have to tap + / - buttons to move through the keys a semi tone at a time, which just kills it for me.
Sounds interesting, but….
There is no help or documentation provided with this app! As a result, you have to guess how to use it, and what the various buttons do. Why should we users have to figure this out, when a help screen is so easy to code?

Pretty useful app. I love this app because you can clearly see the notes on the neck. You can also zoom in but I prefer to see the whole neck.
You can easily change the root using + and - buttons and you can easily select a scale with only three taps. It’s fast and it’s simple so you can focus on your practice.

Customized tuning?
I can’t find where to customize my tuning. It’s in the app description. In the app, I only see a selection of tunings. None of which are what I’m looking for.

This is a really convenient app when it comes to helping me with scales.

Wanted a simple app I could see the whole fret board with scales superimposed. This is very good, great how you can add or remove notes as well.

I use this to improve on my scales and it is great. To me it doesn't have to look good. Plus I learn new notes on this one. So overall, great app for all guitarists out there!

Just a suggestion for the developers. It would be a good idea to change the background colors of the note markers behind the note letters on the fretboard as there is not enough contrast between the white letters and grey background. Also would be good if the root note markers were a bolder more contrasting color. Thanks for the free app!

Ugly but functional. Very little design effort has gone into this, and the advert bar is obtrusive. Looks like its been knocked together in an hour or two
Nice app, but the ads cover up part of the scale
An on-load fullscreen add would be less obtrusive in this case

Good app. Use your ears and play the notes on the actual instrument if you want to hear the notes.

Where is G open tuning? This is the most common tuning - how could it be missing.
Custom tunings would solve this - where is it? This is different from custom scales, albeit a nice feature.

it had sound! Everything is great and is just what I was looking for, but it would really be helpful if they just added sound to it. If that doesn't bother you though, then go ahead and get it! It's a good app :)
