The Gujarat Gas Energy bill, i.e. the hard copy, has not been arriving on time at our house for the past several months.

This app is really very very third class, every time login process required, even face detection also not working. Really very bad experience

There should be option in app to submit pic of meter while submitting meter reading for more accuracy bcoz their is no timing of meter reading person visiting for the same

Very easy to access, I am living in my flat since 2 years , till date no need for reading metre, my self reading and upload units, within seconds I got the bill
