Literally every time i open this app it says contact bank it’s a hit or miss to get this app to work

It’s never working. It constantly tells me to call a number to get further info. Horrible.
APPLE PAY PLEASE
Great app but NEEDS TO WORK WITH APPLE SO THE CARD CAN BE USED WITH APPLE PAY!!!
