Very bad experience for using this useless application, they withdraw the credit as soon as you just recharge your account.
Costumer services is the worst and no one there to help, and they leave on the line forever.

Taking money for nothing
Actually it worked two days. The first day, it worked fine. The second day, when I call, it doesn't call bit it gives me the date and time and takes money from my credit. The third day, I called two calls then it did the same with date and time and I lost money for nothing. I don't advice anybody to use it because it will cost money for nothing as what happened to me. One more thing, when I tried to contact the support, whatsapp doesn't work and their call number let's me choose the language then nothing happened only taking money.
