Game screen froze

At level 11220, completed level, screen froze at third, collect.. I have done all fixes but if I delete app will loss my game level.. very disappointed!!

Game gets stuck

The game has stuck on the game collection three times now! I have updated, deleted and reloaded each time, losing all the coins and level and have to go back to square one. So frustrating!!!!! Wish the developer would get rid of the race feature. It’s not worth it!!!!
