Terrible customer service-wont pay loss promotion
I signed up under the impression I would receive a deposit match of 750. I didn’t receive and reached out to customer service. They said that the promotion wasn’t valid and the only promotion was the 1,000 casino loss promotion. I opted into the promotion, even though it want the promotion I had expected when I signed up, I mentioned to the customer service person that I was disappointed and would clos my account. I planned to do this after my loss promotion was received. The customer service rep closed my account without me telling him to do it. When I responded to him that I did NOT authorize him to close the account he said that I apologize for the inconvenience. However, when a patron mentions closing their account, we close the account for security purposes. We can sometimes reopen it as a one time courtesy but we are unable to reopen it due. Gun lake just didn’t want to pay me my 1,000 loss promotion. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY WITH THIS OPERATOR.
