Just bought it and the app won’t start plz fix the bug

App keeps crashing just after I launch the app the screen goes to warlock presents then goes back to my iPhone I have a iPhone XR updated with current iOS

Gunner free space defender

This game is fun to play but after using it for a while it freezes up and runs choppy and I am using an Apple iPad which this is supposed to run on.
