Great, for the most part
These guys have awesome items for sale and know their stuff, but the app and their process could use a little work. My biggest issue is the restart of the final 10 minute countdown when a bid is placed. I get it if I’m outbid, but there is absolutely no reason to restart the countdown if a bid is placed under my high bid. This is definitely frustrating. There’s a couple of bugs with the app like being able to search through past auctions and everything resetting when I submit my ability to bid. Other than that, love these guys.

Bad.
If you come into personal troubles financially after you have won a item and can’t pay they will ban you permanently. Even if you have reached out to them and explained the troubles you are facing. Also there is nothing you can do to fix it. For a company like this to do that is pathetic.
Straight forward easy to use app
Bidding and follow up is so easy, your gonna run out of excuses to tell your wife !

A coworker recommended Gun Runner Auctions. I wish he hadn’t; I found too many items to bid on!

They were great! Too bad they changed.
I’ve been ordering from them for several years. Always paid the day they sent invoice and did this time as well. Now they’ve had my money for almost two weeks and won’t send the gun! They say they’re too busy. Nothing has changed. They still sell 10 lots of 50 every month. Again, this is how they’ve always been. For some reason they won’t send it. They won’t refund my money. They won’t communicate. Oh well. I’ll consider this a loss. Lesson learned.

Need to improve the watched lots history
Otherwise this is an excellent site. Change the order of the history so that recent watched lots show up first, not last, as paging forward a year is a pain to see what closed yesterday. Love the rest of the site
New web site
Personally I find the new web site for auction down right confusing.
I have seen numerous times that the auction is closing but never has. My bid remains as is with no others bidding. Your direction to improve the customer experience has fallen way short of expectations. Back to the drawing board.
