This is an amazing Vietnam war aviation sim with unique helicopters such as the H-19 & H-34. Please update this great sim. If we could get an update I would certainly award 5 stars. Thanks!
Best mobile flight sim yet!
Okay so there is a few missing planes, that were in the old versions. Like the T26 and what ever that other plane was. And APC US trucks and infantry. Also the old versions are kind of better. Otherwise I will be waiting for bug fixes and gunship 4! Also so I always wished we could fly the B52. Okay can we have the old missions back like the helicopter one where you have to transport US marines. And readd the spooky. October 11, 2024. Over 10 years after gunship 1, 2, and 3 came out. Phillip, I know you will never read this. But you did amazing. On all your games. Like seriously, I know gunship 3 will soon be unplayable due to hardware updates. This will always be my go to. I just wish we could try the older versions. See the old missions. That most of us forgot about. There is still a community in this game. And even a minor patch, we will support you through it. It’s been an amazing 12 years.You may not be perfect, but you’re real good. Like really, maybe even the best. See you in the skies of gunship 4.

Best Vietnam Era Combat Sim!
***Important Note*** This game has not been updated for 7 years and is no longer seeing support as Phanotek, the developer, is putting all his time into the upcoming “Gulf War” PC game. Not sure if a mobile version is coming out.
I have been playing PHNTK games since Gunship II which never got updated past one of the first renditions.
This game was awesome from the start and it is still very fun to play and has a very active multiplayer base. There are some things that need to be fixed. The UH-1, Cobra, and the OH-6 all have unrealistic fuel range. It drains wayyyy to fast compared to the chinook. Also the F-4 cannot dogfight the MiG-21 worth at all which is “somewhat” realistic. A little trick for players is that if you encounter an AI MiG-21, just dive for the ground and pull out low, the MiG will disengage and not follow allowing you to shoot it down. The flight characteristics of the game are very good and I love the integration across all the versions.

The game is really fun and I know your busy working on the new gunship but if you get time could you think about making the gunship games controller supported
DO NOT BUY FULL VERSION!!
If you buy the full version, it’s basically wasting 4 bucks. The free version has the same amount of missions, and even more jets than the full version. You should download the free version and buy the jets from there.

This game is good in a way but need to be updated like bad it has not been updated sents 2016 and it need warship like more aircraft carrier and more stuff for the user.

The door gunners don’t work well, the controls are really bad (especially for the loach), but it’s fun.

Add more aircraft!
I think that this game is awesome and I love playing it but could you add some more aircraft like a Crusader and the A-37B dragonfly? I would love if you could do this for me. Could you also try to add some more weapon types for existing aircraft? I love this game, keep going! Also could you plz add better smoke trails for rockets and more accurate SAMs

The game doesn’t start on iOS and the game is no longer updated and seems abandoned
Awesome and flawless but won’t let me play the game.
So I love all the air combat games you guys have made but for some reason, for a few months, I can’t play the Vietnam War games you guys have made. It will immediately kick me out of the game before I can even play it. So, could you fix the problem so I could play again or just tell me if it’s a bug.

Great game but crashes on launch with new IOS
This game is one of the best simulations I’ve seen on IOS. However, currently, this app no longer works with IOS 15.5 hopefully this issue is resolved. However, for the time being, this app does not work.
Needs more planes
The game is the best Vietnam war game I have ever played though please add more planes like flyable b52 and maybe U2 and I love that AIM 7 is the most OP missle in game but make it so the more planes can use it and Maybe and the AIM 54 I don’t know if it was in Vietnam so if I am wrong DONT ADD IT and add more runways to air base and make the carrier have a task force please. Last make the SAM harder to doge it is soooo easy to doge. Fix migs Gs and fix the gunship sequel ki84 turn rate to. And also add an operation dessert storm game so we can do electronic and anti sub warfare with the f14 f18 ea6 and a6 and more planes for the new game thank you

This is by far one of my favourite games. I hope the developers don’t leave it behind and forget about it. Please update it so we can keep flying!
