Buggy and Crashes
Such a great opportunity to utilize the app for all of their products and services. But this app is horrible. Crashes constantly, very buggy when it does work, and zero support to fix anything. Guntry needs to get a new app developer or hold this developer to higher standards.
Disapponted
I’m a member and love the facility, but the app does not represent the brand well at all. It is extremely slow and buggy, looks even more outdated than the mobile browser version of their website, has broken features like the products page, and is just a huge missed opportunity.
App still doesn’t work
Months later and you can’t even log in
Does not work
That’s it. …. Does not work. Web version works. App does not.
