It’s the real deal
Very easy to set up. I thought it would take weeks for my first real order to place overnight. It happened on the third night! Love it. Very thoughtfully designed platform. Highly recommend.
It works, just not 100% of the time
Like many others and probably like you reading this review, I was initially skeptical about guppy. I kept seeing ads on Instagram and there wasn’t really anything on Trustpilot since it’s so new. But I scrolled through the comments reading people had experienced success getting Pokemon TCG and other collectible products for MSRP through guppy’s auto-buy and auto-queue features. So, I decided to take a gamble and try it out for a few months.
Within the first month of having guppy pro, I’ve gotten 10 successful experiences using auto-buy and auto-queue so far, including securing PKC 30th Anniversary preorders. (Which happened to be my first success, so perfect timing!)
I actually really like how guppy limits the amount you can order, really emphasizing the collector aspect and actually discouraging scalping. I mean, I guess you can scalp using this tool but that doesn’t even seem like a wise decision financially. (Scalping is also not a wise financial practice. Plus, you’d be giving people a legitimate reason to criticize your life decisions)
Will you win everything? No. You need to go into this expecting you won’t be successful 100% of the time. Does using guppy greatly increase your chances of getting something at MSRP? Definitely. I may or may not use it long term, but guppy has been an amazing tool so far that already pays for itself within the first few successful hits!

Unacceptable moderation and targeted harassment
This app is EXTREMELY GLITCHY! It doesn’t work, the support on this app is non-existent, they steal your money and not to mention, this app’s Discord community is completely ruined by power-tripping, abusive moderators who actively participate in cyberbullying and protect their friends. When I simply voiced my frustration about missing out on items during a drop, multiple users started attacking me out of nowhere. Instead of keeping the peace, the moderators joined in on the mockery, let people call me names like "freaking weirdo," and then arbitrarily muted and banned me just for defending myself and calling out their toxic behavior. Even worse, they locked me out of secondary channels to cover their tracks. Management refuses to hold these bad actors accountable, making excuses while letting abuse run rampant. I will be going to the District Attorney’s office to have them launch an investigation and look into any/ all illegal & fraudulent behavior, harassment and cyberbullying against DROPKIT, INC., NORTHWEST REGISTERED AGENT LLC, REGISTERED AGENT LLC, AND JM SPEAR. I will not be letting this behavior go unpunished. If you want a community that treats paying customers with respect, does not engage in cyber bullying that can affect a persons mental health, harassment, then stay far away from this service.

False promises
Guppy won’t beat the scalpers and is only good for buying items you’d be able to buy manually anyway. Any criticism mentioned in the discord is met with immature mods and users who will insult and gaslight you because the product doesn’t work as advertised, while it worked for them one time 4 months ago.
Dont get this product and bankroll an underbaked bot. Dropsync works much better and has a nicer community that actually lands Pokemon products people want. Dont support this lackluster bot, my grandmother would be able to land product more consistently than this product.

Would like to give it 5 but haven’t won anything yet in the two weeks I’ve had it. Works great for instant links updates and notifications!
