app lags and doesn’t scan esewa codes,
This app is very disappointing. There are constant server issues, and it doesn’t even scan the major e-wallets in Nepal like eSewa or Khalti. Every time, I’m forced to enter the number manually, which defeats the purpose of using mobile banking in the first place.
Even with bank transfers, while the money does go through, the process feels unnecessarily complicated and poorly designed. To make matters worse, there is an unreasonable restriction of only five transactions per day even if each transaction is just 100 rupees. That means I’m limited to only 500 rupees in total, which makes no sense.
Other banking apps don’t create these kinds of barriers. They may limit the total transaction amount, but they never restrict the number of transactions. This needs to be addressed if the app is to be taken seriously as a reliable banking service.
