Cannot chose your own rate ! Crazy
Why would you make an app in which the consultants cannot even choose what they get paid ??? The absolute max you can make is $3 a minute . Their member pricing tiers do not make any sense , neither does not allowing your “gurus” to set their own pay scale . At $3, any experienced guru is taking a hit anyway . My per minute rate needs to be higher and I need to be able to set my own rate in an app like this … else it’s clear you don’t see your providers as gurus at all.

Awful App
Don’t waste your time downloading it. Not well made. Support is awful. Use a different app
Upsetting
I have used the app with success before, but I have now accepted 2 sessions where I haven’t gotten paid. On one I started typing, the person left the session and then gave me 2 stars when we didn’t even communicate. They need to fix their rating system and payment system.

So sorry this happened! We are working on ways to avoid that, but in the meantime we will contact the user and ban him from the platform if needed.

Wish it was the first person to accept it gets the job cause I’ve accepted jobs literally 10 seconds after there posted and never gotten them still will give 5 stars cause the app overall is good

You can message people with experience in whatever area you need help with instead of spending all running around to different consultations. Also just great for general life advice, find what you need here!

if you are not going to implement oauth, at least remember my account please. Every my time i get a push notification I click it and it asks me to log in. Can you please keep me logged in or allow a remember password feature? thank you.

Somebody actually helped me with my question! Guru! - what a great idea! It may take a minute for a base of gurus to grow, but this is going to be awesome! Now I have another way to solve problems or get info (besides searching online). Hmmm, what else do I need help with....
