App Notifications
App is pretty easy to use, however I don’t often receive notifications about the order being accepted or ready (but receive advertisements from the app), which isn’t normally an issue as I just order and arrive to collect. Today it was an issue - we ordered 3 coffees on the app and my partner stood in the store for 40mins waiting before I thought that this time frame was strange even for a Saturday morning (and it was a busy one), only to find my order had been refunded without notification, text or phone call due to something being out of stock? Obviously it’s very frustrating to be standing in a store for coffees that are never coming - if we had have known sooner we would have ordered inside and changed the order if required but because we waited so long we just left, upset and uncaffeinated.

The Gus’s App is the best thing since sliced bread! But in all seriousness it has made life so much easier. It’s an efficient and simple way to order your coffee fix & goodies. I love the ordering system, the games/ activities involved and points. I don’t remember life before it.

The Gus’ Coffee app is so convenient to use! I can order my coffee when I leave home and it’s ready by the time I get to the coffee shop! No waiting time!

The app is super quick and easy to navigate. Love the convenience of being able to place & pay for my order online, then walk in-store and pick up my order.
After submitting an order you receive an estimated time your order will be ready, as well as progress updates. I use it daily to submit my morning coffee order. AWESOME!

I used this app daily while at work and know when to head towards Gus’ to get my coffee no time eating into my break waiting
