About

GutPhase guides the low-FODMAP diet the way it is meant to be run: a strict elimination window to settle symptoms, then a systematic reintroduction that challenges one FODMAP group at a time, with a washout between. It is a private tracker that turns your log into something useful, not a raw diary. What GutPhase does: - Guided elimination and reintroduction as a clear state machine, so you always know the phase, the day, and the next step. - Food and symptom logging with the Bristol stool type and a 0 to 4 severity. - A time-lagged food-to-symptom insight that scores the hours after each FODMAP group against your baseline and ranks your likely triggers. - Per-group challenge results you can trust: tolerated, threshold, or reactive, read from your own symptoms during each challenge window. - A Reintroduction Summary report for your dietitian, as a clean PDF and a CSV of your log. - A daily reminder and a safe-food quick list for the elimination phase. - An Apple Watch app to log a symptom or a meal from your wrist, and a widget for your current phase, day, and today's symptom count. - Private iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Free and Pro: - Free: log foods and symptoms and run one full elimination phase with its report. - Pro (Lifetime): guided reintroduction phases, the trigger correlation analysis, per-group challenge verdicts, your full history, and private iCloud sync. One payment, yours forever, no subscription. Important: GutPhase is an informational log. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and the phases, correlations, and verdicts summarize what you logged, never a medical measurement. The low-FODMAP diet is restrictive and best run with a registered dietitian. Track your own pattern and share it with your clinician.
