Won’t come back
Service is ridiculous. We have had 3 servers come to our table and we don’t know which one is our actual server. Food is nothing to brag about. We asked for no onions, but our food is covered with them. Nachos inedible despite recommendation tables around us are empty but there is hour plus wait?! There is enough staff for an army they are slow.

Cold food inaccuracy
Food was cold missing requested items and no one to call for help. Guy Fieri makes it seem like his restaurants stress high quality everything but I got quite the opposite. Sad
Don’t do it
Absolute trash took 2 days literally to get the food and number one it was all wrong orders chicken was impossible to chew pasta has zero sauce the fried pickles were decent pretty hard to ruin those but ya terrible execution how is mr beast the one to pull this off
Dissatisfied customer
I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, bourbon brown sugar wings, and the cheesecake challenge. The egg rolls were flavorless and greasy, the cheesecake was supposed to be topped with chips, pretzels and fudge, mine had no toppings, and the wings were under cooked and cold. There is no phone number to call to complain, so I’m doing it on here.

Overpriced - Don’t Bother
Wow it was $44 for two burgers and one fry. That’s completely ridiculous for what’s basically a fast food burger and that doesn’t include a drink and no options to pick up to avoid the delivery fee. Don’t wast your time for $44 you can go to an actual restaurant.
You hosed me Guy Fieri
The food was way overpriced and the food arrived cold. The burgers were a burnt hockey pucks. The Cajun chicken pasta had 4 strips of rubbery chicken. The fries were soggy and they even forgot two menu items that we ordered. The fried pickles were okay.
Huge disappointment, totally worthless
I was really excited to have a local version of a guy Fieri’s restaurant, so I ordered food. I was ok with the long delivery time at an hour, but 2 and a half hours later my food still wasn’t picked up and I’m starving and just upset that I didn’t eat somewhere else. I watched the post mates driver go all around the state after picking my order up an hour and a half late and waste my time so the food arrived stone cold and absolutely destroyed. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time on this definite scam.

NEVER GOT MY REFUND
I ordered my food and the restaurant called me and told me they were closed. They said to contact grub hub but I ordered through the app. They never even told the driver my order was cancelled. All you can do is provide “feedback” on the app, there’s no customer service number or email. Nothing. Very disappointed

Crap
2 miles from the house, place order, card charged, error after charged. Called number, they claim technical problem, now there’s no delivery service available. Try to re-order, won’t work. Crap.
Can’t pick up
The location in Brookfield WI is delivery only. Can’t pick up you food. You have to use a delivery service. We ended up going to five guys in the mall. This place will never survive if it’s delivery only.
Big disappointment
I was all set to order my birthday dinner using the app. It showed 3 locations that I could order from. It was not until I tried placing my order that it told me delivery was unavailable from any of the three locations. I get there is a delivery area, but tell me I’m outside of it when I enter my address, not after showing me options to order from.
